David Wenzel

Registered Counselor

I help clients shift towards more harmony and confidence within themselves and with one another. I am a Master's level counsellor based in Canada, and I offer sessions online in both English and German.

About Me

I am a Master's level Registered Counsellor, here to support your journey towards greater harmony and confidence. We will explore what feels out of balance. Together, we can develop a stronger sense of self. My online sessions, available in English or German, offer a flexible, supportive space. This is ideal for clients seeking personal growth and more fulfilling connections, wherever you are in Canada.

Approach

To move toward greater balance and self-assurance, I focus on practical, moment-to-moment shifts in how you notice thoughts, bodily cues and relational patterns. From my Smithers office and in online sessions in English or German, we keep sessions steady and predictable so change can feel manageable. Work often includes short experiments, paced reflection and collaborative planning so you can try new responses between meetings—useful for anxiety, anger, trauma and relationship strains. This approach tends to suit adults and couples seeking clearer boundaries and steadier connection.
