Approach

Drawing on an MA and training at Jansen Newman Institute, I combine clinical rigor with holistic support to shape a flexible, collaborative framework. Based in Launceston with Online sessions available in English, I create consistent access and continuity of care. My work focuses on advocacy, conflict management and counselling alongside psychoeducation to address life transitions, anxiety and relationship issues. This process offers practical guidance and emotional support for clients ready to move from overwhelm and stuck patterns toward clearer coping, connection and purpose.
