Mr Darryn Costello

Clinical Psychologist

Looking to offer you a warm, non-judgmental and supportive professional therapy to help you work through the challenges in your life.

About Me

I am an Independent Practice Clinical Psychologist in Saxonwold, Gauteng. I offer individual and psychodynamic therapy for anxiety, grief, mood disorders, LGBTQI+ concerns, and identity issues. I also provide clinical supervision and adoption-related therapy for clients and colleagues.

Approach

You’ll find a steady, non-judgmental container where we work at a pace that feels manageable, using gentle exploration and focused reflection to name what matters. Sessions are available in Saxonwold or online, in English, and often blend attentive listening with timely observations and psychological thinking between meetings. We gently trace patterns behind anxiety, grief, mood shifts and identity struggles, connecting present difficulties to earlier relational experiences. People often appreciate this thoughtful, collaborative approach when they want clarity, steadiness and a deeper sense of self.
