About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with broad NHS experience, supporting individuals of all ages. My particular interest lies in child and adolescent mental health, where I provide dedicated support. I offer evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, to help clients understand their thoughts and feelings. Additionally, I conduct neurodevelopmental assessments for conditions like ADHD and ASD. My aim is to create a clear, supportive path for your well-being.

Approach

To build that clear, supportive path I focus on practical, collaborative sessions that balance assessment-led clarity with gentle pacing. Based in Benoni, Gauteng, I ask you to enquire first over WhatsApp so we can set expectations and plan appointments that suit families, young people and adults. Sessions typically mix short, targeted experiments, routine-setting and reflective work, with clear steps to try between meetings so progress is visible. This approach suits those who value structure, clarity and steady, measurable change.
