About Us
We are a Canadian team of Registered Psychotherapists, counsellors, nurse practitioners, registered social workers, and dietitians. We offer trauma counselling, EMDR therapy, ADHD therapy, general counselling, ADHD Assessments, nutrition counselling and relationship counselling. We offer free 15-minute consultations to get started.
Approach
When life feels like it's circling the same patterns, we focus on small, practical shifts that build forward momentum. In sessions English or Arabic, you can expect a steady, collaborative pace, sometimes hands-on reflection, sometimes short between-session practices, to test what helps and what doesn't. We pair focused attention on current struggles with exploring how earlier experiences show up now, always checking in to keep it manageable.
