“Have you lost someone or something important in your life? Perhaps you’ve experienced an unwanted change or one that is not what you anticipated. I'd like to help. I offer online therapy to clients feeling sad, lost, anxious and "stuck" due to changes in life. Together we can develop a plan for you to adjust & grow.”
About Me
Approach
I use techniques from a variety of therapy modalities according to clients’ individual needs or preferences. I find EFT and Narrative techniques particularly useful for processing emotions and finding meaning relating to transitions. Yet I use techniques from CBT, MI, Mindfulness and others as appropriate for the client's experience and situation. I support clients who wish to explore or incorporate spirituality or faith traditions into therapy.
Services
As a therapist, I am particularly interested in how my clients understand and adjust to change and experience grief and loss. Areas of focus include personal and work relationships, bereavement, careers, schooling and living circumstances. I provide online therapy for to Ontario residents via a secure video conferencing platform.
