I offer confidential sessions by phone, video, or face-to-face, providing a space to explore challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience and find balance in your life.
Approach
Meeting remotely or in my Franklin office, I move between grounding skills and paced EMDR processing at whatever speed feels safe for you. Sessions are collaborative and focused — we notice how industry demands and stress show up in your body, try small, practical shifts in thinking or routine, and use targeted processing to loosen stuck memories. Between meetings I offer brief experiments and tools to practice so progress feels tangible. This way often helps adults and couples juggling creative careers and trauma recovery.
