About Me
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. My trainings are as integrative and psychodynamic psychotherapist. My later interest and development has been in the area of relational psychoanalysis and psychotherapy.
I work with adults, both in person and online, both in Greek and English language.
Approach
My main approach is relational psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. Depending on the person and their needs, I may integrate different approaches as Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioural or other. Therapy is always tailored to the needs of the client, which is something we discuss on our first session.
