I support adults in connecting with their authentic selves and present experience. As a Registered and Licensed Gestalt Psychotherapist, I offer individual sessions, or you might prefer the shared space of group therapy. Art therapy sessions are also available for those who express themselves creatively. My approach helps clients gain clarity and move towards personal wholeness.
Approach
Gestalt-oriented sessions are paced to bring your present experience into focus, inviting curiosity about sensations, impulses and the ways you connect with others. In Bari or online, in Italian or English, I keep the space clear and steady so you can experiment safely—sometimes with words, sometimes with marks on paper. We notice habitual responses, try small embodied experiments and reflect on what shifts between sessions, tracking anxiety, trauma echoes and relationship patterns. This way of working often suits people wanting practical, experiential change grounded in the here-and-now.
