About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria. I help you address abuse, addiction, anger, conduct problems, and personal development. I offer psychological and diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, psychotherapy, and group therapy.

Approach

Committed to helping people move toward greater balance and inner repair, I hold a steady, practical rhythm in sessions that pairs careful assessment with collaborative planning. In my Lagos office and through secure English-language online sessions, we track patterns, test small changes between meetings, and use clear feedback to adjust what’s working. Sessions feel focused and paced to your needs—sometimes exploratory, sometimes skills-based—with invitations to involve family or trusted others when that supports progress. This approach often suits people seeking thoughtful, results-oriented care.
