About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria. I help you address abuse, addiction, anger, conduct problems, and personal development. I offer psychological and diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, psychotherapy, and group therapy.

Approach

Committed to supporting people towards greater balance and emotional healing, I offer a steady and practical approach that combines careful assessment with collaborative planning. Sessions in my Lagos office or online in English are paced according to your needs and focus on understanding patterns, exploring meaningful change, and identifying what feels most helpful in daily life. At times, brief reflections or between-session practices may be used to support progress, and family or trusted others can be involved where appropriate
