We are a team of offer therapy to those living with chronic physical and mental health issues, specializing in chronic health conditions and the mental health issues that often accompany physical illness(es). We work with children ages 6+, teens and youth, adults and families, using approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and other well-established therapies. In-person sessions are available in St. Thomas, Sarnia, and virtual care is offered throughout Ontario. We offer direct billing to our clients with most major insurance providers, including Medavie/Blue Cross, PCVRS, NIHB, and VQRP+ (Victim Services).
