Health Psychologist

I am a health psychologist. I work as an assistant lecturer and researcher at the University of Debrecen. I support clients online. During the counselling process my aim is to help people find the resources and strengths in themselves to get through their difficulties.

About Me

As a health psychologist, I support you online to explore the difficulties you face. My aim is to help you uncover the inner resources and strengths you already possess. We can work together to build resilience and navigate challenges, whether health-related or personal. This approach suits those eager to find practical ways forward from within themselves.

Approach

Sessions feel focused and steady, combining gentle questioning with short practical experiments tailored to your pace and needs. I meet with clients online and from my practices in Debrecen and Budapest, scheduling flexible steps that fit around work, study or medical routines. Between sessions we track small changes, use brief mindfulness practices and structured reflection to reduce stress, support chronic illness coping, shift eating-related patterns and clarify relationship steps. This way suits those who want practical, steady support and clear next actions.
