About Me

I help adults and young people find their way through challenging emotions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and phobias. With a strong foundation in CBT, I guide clients to develop practical tools for managing these struggles. I’ve worked in diverse settings, from youth rehabilitation to medical centres, so I understand various life challenges. We can work together to build resilience and find a path towards greater well-being.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move between clear skill-building and gentle exploration, using brief experiments to test what helps with worry, intrusive thoughts or avoidance. In my Barrie office and online, we set doable goals, track reactions and adapt strategies so learning fits your life and pace. Therapy blends focused cognitive exercises, graded exposures and simple behavioural plans, with short check-ins between sessions to reflect and adjust. This way of working tends to suit adults, young people and families seeking practical, steady change.
