Cristina Nanez

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

My approach has led majority of my clients to experience the healing they wanted in a few sessions. Therapy is not meant to last forever. My goal is to lead you to recovery and give you the skills to maintain a healthy life within a year. The quicker we create new habits, the quicker you get your life back.

About Me

I guide clients towards lasting recovery, believing therapy doesn't need to last forever. My goal is to help you build new habits and practical skills for a healthier life. We aim for recovery within a year, working efficiently on tangible steps. If you seek positive change and to regain control quickly, I can support your journey.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move with purpose: targeted skill practice, and clear tasks that keep progress steady. I work from Texas and remotely in English and Spanish, so we shape momentum whether we meet in person or online. The work blends focused coaching with trauma-aware strategies aimed at breaking patterns around food, substances, and self-sabotage, with gentle accountability between meetings to help new routines stick. This way of working tends to suit motivated teens, adults, and parents ready to make practical change.
