About Me
Approach
The first step to starting therapy with me is to book a free 15-minute phone call.
During this call, we can discuss your needs and how I can help. It's also an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if we're a good fit.
We can schedule your first therapy session before the end of our call. The sessions will be conducted online via video, meaning we can work together no matter where you are in the World. All you need is a quiet space and a stable WIFI connection.
In our first session, we'll explore the reasons you sought therapy and begin to establish the changes you're seeking. Then, in future sessions, we can work towards your desired outcome.
Services
Internal Family Systems therapy is based on the premise that every person has different 'parts' within their psyche, and these parts play various roles. While some of these parts can be beneficial, others may not be. Life events and traumatic experiences could push our parts into extreme roles. However, the good news is that these internal roles are flexible and can be modified with time and effort. The ultimate goal of IFS therapy is to help individuals find their true Self and integrate all their parts.
