Psychotherapist based in Barcelona, Spain. Licensed in Psychology in Buenos Aires, Argentina (License No. 15,086). Psychologist specialized in supporting people through a holistic approach, combining an understanding of their inner processes with practical tools to improve their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

About Me

I have 30 years of clinical experience as a psychologist, working in individual therapy, group therapy, and currently online. I have delivered workshops and training programs on women's health topics from a feminine gender perspective. My own experience of multiple migrations has led me to work with people from different countries on issues such as the migration process, migration-related grief, and return migration. Over the past 20 years, in my clinical practice at a medical center in Barcelona, I have worked with people living with chronic conditions, particularly those dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, chronic stress, and issues related to life crises. I use a holistic approach centred on three areas: body, mind, and emotions. I understand therapy as a safe and trusting space, where the process of change focuses on raising awareness of the relationship between symptoms and our living conditions, our most significant relationships, and our environment. I train clients in stress reduction strategies and neuroscience-based concepts of how our minds work for managing negative thoughts. Symptoms are messengers. The challenge is to decipher what message each one brings us.

Approach

I believe that meaningful change begins when we can understand ourselves with greater clarity and compassion. My therapeutic approach combines emotional exploration with practical tools that help clients navigate challenges more effectively in their daily lives. I work collaboratively, adapting the therapeutic process to each person's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of patterns that may be contributing to distress, while developing new ways of responding to life's demands. My work integrates psychological insight, emotional awareness, and mind-body perspectives, helping clients build resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and create more balanced and fulfilling lives.
