I understand that everyone's path to healing is unique. As a Licensed Professional Counsellor, I offer a trauma-informed space for gentle exploration of past experiences. Using approaches like EMDR, I help you gain insight into how these moments have shaped you. My aim is to resolve your most pressing concerns, finding lasting relief from emotional suffering. This guides you towards greater wellbeing.

Rather than following a fixed protocol, I collaborate with you to set the pace and focus of therapy so it feels manageable and meaningful. In my Scottsdale office and via secure telehealth, sessions are practical, focused, and designed to build safety while addressing immediate concerns. We blend targeted bilateral processing, reflective dialogue, and skill-building between meetings to reduce anxiety, process difficult memories, and strengthen relationship patterns.
