Fully online, I structure sessions to be steady and practical, aligning pace and focus with where you are that week. From my Tavares, Florida telehealth office I use short check-ins, skill rehearsal, and targeted assessment feedback so progress is clear between appointments. For adolescents, families, and adults facing addiction, transitions, anger or mood shifts, sessions mix problem-solving, tracking, and brief real-world experiments we review together.
