About Us
We are a non-profit mental health organization in Colombo 02, Western Province, Sri Lanka. We offer day centre services, psych and diagnostic assessments, advocacy, and coaching for individuals and families.
Approach
Based in Colombo, we structure therapy around practical steps and gentle reflection so people feel steady between appointments. Sessions move at your pace—brief grounding, collaborative goal-setting, focused skill practice, and room for family or community perspectives when helpful; simple between-session tasks link each meeting to everyday life. We work in English, Sinhala or Tamil and coordinate with local supports to keep plans realistic and culturally respectful.
