Community Help Service

Community Help Service

The CHS Mental Health Services Centre provides mental health care from a diverse, multidisciplinary clinical team.

About Us

We are a mental health organisation based in Brussels, Belgium. We provide counseling, child psychological and diagnostic assessment, consultation, and psychiatry to help you and your family.

Approach

Rooted in our work with a varied clinical team, we focus on creating practical, step-by-step sessions that balance assessment, talk and planning. In Brussels or in one of the languages we speak, sessions move at a collaborative pace: short focused check-ins, deeper therapeutic exploration, and clearly agreed between-session steps when helpful. Clinical observations and regular consultation among colleagues guide adjustments so care stays responsive. People seeking structured, collaborative support for everyday challenges and family stresses often find this approach helpful.
