About us

We are a counselling organisation based in Parow, Western Cape, South Africa. We offer counselling, coaching and personal development services delivered by counsellors with Counsellor licences. Sessions stay confidential and focus on goal setting and coping skills.

Approach

From Parow, Cape Town, we focus on turning small goals into everyday routines, meeting people in Afrikaans or English so language never slows progress. Sessions are practical and paced to what you can manage — we listen, reflect patterns, and agree on one or two doable steps before you leave. Between meetings we encourage brief check-ins and simple practice to build coping skills into daily life. This way of working suits adolescents, adults and community members looking for affordable, steady support.
