Colleen Ignatowski

Art Therapist

You need some space and time for yourself to heal, to not accept what is or go back to what was, to move through this into a better future for yourself and your family. Overwhelm, sleeplessness, and discontent don't have to define this time in your life anymore. Contact me today to schedule a free 15 min consult!

About Me

When you need space to heal and move towards a better future, I offer a supportive art therapy approach. Through creative expression, we can gently explore feelings that might be hard to put into words. This process helps you navigate overwhelm and discontent, finding new perspectives and a path to greater calm. It’s a gentle way to reclaim your peace and well-being.

Approach

You’ll find sessions move at an unhurried pace, using art-making alongside talk to notice patterns that feel stuck and open small, practical shifts. I offer in-person meetings in Rochester and secure online sessions so work continues between weeks through simple at-home prompts or reflections if you choose. Together we focus on stress, sleep disruption, career strain, and codependency through experiments — brief art-based interventions, grounding practices, and focused discussion to test what eases you. This way suits adults seeking concrete, compassionate steps toward steadier days.
