Dr Colin Baptie

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

A licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy, couples therapy, and adult ADHD assessments.

About Me

I help individuals and couples navigate life's challenges, and clarify adult ADHD experiences through comprehensive assessments. Perhaps you're seeking deeper understanding of your mind or clearer communication in relationships. My practice offers a supportive space to explore patterns and build practical strategies for daily life. I aim to help you connect the dots, finding effective ways forward tailored to your unique needs.

Approach

Providing individual therapy, couples therapy and adult ADHD assessments, I help clients translate insight into manageable steps that fit daily life. Sessions in Healdsburg or by secure video, conducted in English, are paced to keep us focused and practical, with a clear agenda we adjust together. Assessments inform a tailored mix of skills training, brief experiments and mindfulness exercises, and I’ll invite small between-session practices so progress is measurable. This way of working tends to suit adults and couples seeking clearer routines, steadier moods, or calmer communication.
