Claudia Croppo

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Integrative Psychotherapist working with relational Trauma and unresolved past traumatic experiences.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist, helping individuals navigate the lasting impact of relational trauma. Perhaps you feel stuck in old patterns or struggle with deep emotional pain. We can gently explore how past experiences shape your present relationships. Together, we will make sense of these unresolved issues. My aim is to foster healthier connections and a stronger sense of self. This creates a path towards lasting stability.

Approach

Working with the echoes of past relationships, I slow the pace so you can notice where old responses live in the body and story. In my London consulting space, sessions are in-person and paced to suit you — sometimes quiet, sometimes expressive — and I invite creative materials, movement or words to help make sense of what feels stuck. Between meetings we might reflect on small experiments you can try in relationships and self-care. This approach tends to suit people seeking steadier presence and clearer boundaries.
