Mrs Claudia Colarossi

Licensed Educational Psychologist

A compassionate and competent educational psychologist.

About Me

I offer compassionate support as an educational psychologist to children and young people. We work together to understand learning, emotional, or social challenges they face. My aim is to recognise their unique strengths and develop practical strategies. This helps them build confidence and thrive in their educational journey. Families feel supported, receiving clear guidance to foster well-being and progress.

Approach

Using gentle conversation and play-based tasks, I help children and families make sense of difficulties at school and at home and identify practical steps forward. Based in Cape Town, I offer English sessions both in person and online, keeping meetings structured but relaxed so young people feel safe to explore. Assessment, observation and short between-session tasks feed into simple strategies we test together, then adapt as progress shows. This way of working suits parents and carers looking for calm, practical support.
