About Me
As an Educational Psychologist, I support children, adolescents, and parents in understanding their unique challenges. I offer therapy and assessments, using a psychodynamic approach to explore underlying feelings and relationship patterns. This helps families make sense of difficulties and find new ways forward. My aim is to create a safe space for deep insight, helping those seeking lasting change for themselves or their child.
Approach
Listening for the stories beneath behaviour, I focus on how feelings and relationships shape learning and play, helping families notice patterns and possible shifts. In Johannesburg and online, in English, sessions move at a child’s pace and blend playful tasks with reflective conversation, with simple ideas to try between meetings. I work closely with parents and young people to track what changes and adapt next steps. This approach suits those who want thoughtful, steady progress with emotional and learning concerns.
