Ms Cinzia Altobelli

Registered Psychotherapist

A very experienced psychotherapist working online with individuals &couples. Additional area of expertise : addiction's impact on families.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Stour Row, Dorset. I help you recover from abuse, manage anger, process grief, and address family issues and life transitions. I provide wellness support, adoption guidance, and training for carers and professionals.

Approach

Years of clinical work have taught me to pace sessions with clarity and gentle challenge, so therapy feels purposeful and steady. From Stour Row I work online in English or Italian, offering a confidential, calm space where we focus on current patterns and relationships. We map how past hurt and family dynamics influence present behaviour, try small experiments between sessions, and name shifts as they happen. Adults and couples seeking honest, practical change often find this way of working helpful.
