Approach
Small, practical experiments often guide our work: gentle art-making, short reflective prompts and simple spirit-centered practices that invite new ways of sensing and saying what’s hard. In sessions I balance quiet reflection with active creation, pacing each meeting to your rhythm and offering check-ins in English or Afrikaans—in person in Cape Town or online. Between meetings I may suggest brief expressive tasks or grounding routines to try at home. This way of working suits people seeking embodied, hopeful shifts in everyday life.
