I am passionate about supporting clients in uncovering and healing unconscious wounds from the past that impact their present lives. My priority is to create a safe space where you feel truly seen and heard, allowing a new way of being to emerge. Together, we process what no longer serves you and open the door to new possibilities and a more fulfilling life.

About Me

I hold a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing the deepest and darkest parts that they are scared to reveal to the world, while being met with compassion and understanding. This is a space where you can gain awareness of what is happening in your unconscious mind and external relationships, without judgment. Together, we work on opening up to the potential you already have inside you by releasing the beliefs and perceptions about yourself that no longer serve you. This space helps you to integrate parts of yourself that have been left in the dark, so you start to feel whole again. During sessions, we not only talk, but we also tap into the unconscious mind and engage in a direct experience. I am here to help you discover what you truly want based on who you truly are, beyond external influences. The process allows you to gain clarity and find a path that aligns with your authentic self. In a non-judgmental space guided by curiosity and compassion for where you currently are, I guide you to adopt a similar approach toward yourself.

Approach

I utilise a Gestalt therapy approach that focuses on how the client makes contact with the world in the here and now and what unfinished business from the past is still blocking and interfering with the fulfilment of the present life, emphasising shadow work, psycho-somatic exercises, and trauma-informed care. I support clients in overcoming anxiety by bridging the gap between awareness of their current situation and embodiment of who they are becoming. Through somatic exercises and the regulation of the nervous system, we work to release trapped emotions in your body that contribute to repetitive patterns and bring into light limiting beliefs that hinder your life. I take you through a journey of dismantling the old limitations in your system, which opens you up to a lighter and freer version of you, who is able to open up to the present opportunities and possibilities that you would be previously unaware of, due to being stuck in past-influenced perceptions.
