I am an American psychologist currently practicing in Frankfurt am Main. My professional approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and neuropsychology. Psychological evaluations, including Social Security Administration disability evaluations, are also available.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) in Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany. I predominantly help my patients to navigate life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, and memory problems. I provide therapy and diagnostic assessments in a confidential, practical setting.

Approach

Drawing on cognitive-behavioral principles and neuropsychological understanding, my work focuses on translating assessments into clear, usable steps. Sessions are held in English from my practice in Frankfurt or online, paced to match concentration and memory needs. We set practical goals, test strategies in real life between meetings, and use brief measures to track progress so you can see what changes. This approach tends to help adults navigating transitions, mood or anxiety challenges, and people coping with memory concerns after brain injury.
