About Me

This music therapist guides individuals to explore how sound profoundly affects our brain and nervous system. Through engaging musical experiences, they offer a gentle, non-invasive path to support optimal health. Sessions are ideal for those navigating physical, mental, social, or cognitive challenges. This approach helps you connect with your inner resources, fostering well-being and finding new ways forward.

Approach

Sound becomes a map we follow together, using rhythm, melody and silence to gently shift body rhythms and uncover practical ways to ease anxiety, rebuild routines or support cognitive change. In Gqeberha or online, in Afrikaans or English, I keep sessions steady—short active exercises, shared improvisation and reflective listening that match your pace. You’ll often leave with simple rhythmic tools or listening practices to use between meetings that stabilise mood, sharpen attention and cue memory. This approach suits children, adults and communities facing anxiety, dementia, autism, brain injury or rehabilitation.
