Miss Christina Gallo

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

With over 8 years in mental health, I walk beside people through trauma and grief. I provide a safe, trauma-informed space where healing, resilience, and hope can take root.

About Me

I recognise the courage it takes to seek support. I offer a truly safe, compassionate space for your personal growth. With over five years in mental health, I collaborate closely with you. We’ll explore your experiences using evidence-based approaches, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to gain clarity. This collaborative journey is ideal for those ready to pursue self-discovery and healing. We’ll work towards your unique goals with understanding guidance.

Approach

As feelings of loss or overwhelm arise, I focus on how we move through them together, pacing sessions to match your readiness and priorities. I offer appointments in East Gwillimbury and online, in English, with an attentive, trauma-aware setting that keeps your safety and choice central. In session we use practical, evidence-based steps—often from CBT—to spot patterns, build coping skills, and practise small experiments between meetings to strengthen resilience. This way of working often helps adolescents and adults facing anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, or the aftermath of painful experiences.
