About Me
Approach
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about your future, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I can offer support. With an understanding that the therapist-client relationship is key for successful therapy, I provide a warm and empathic space where you can feel safe enough to tell your story. I work with my clients to process difficult feelings, to foster a better understanding of themselves and their circumstances. I can help you to reflect on your experiences, so that you can discover what leading an authentic life looks like for you.
I encourage my clients to access their inner resources, identifying their core values to offer hope and direction for their future. I work collaboratively with individuals, promoting behavioural transformation through exploring emotional or relationship difficulties, assessing thought-life and analysing past/current events and behaviours.
I am currently offering free therapy in English to Ukrainian soldiers and civilian soldiers as part of the LeanOnUsUkraine initiative.
If you would like to find out more or arrange a free 20 minute phone/video consultation, feel free to contact me without obligation – either via the contact details provided here or my website.
