Professional Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

My work focuses on supporting individuals who experience work-related stress, relational difficulties, and periods of life transition that bring uncertainty, emotional fatigue, or questions around identity and direction. I work primarily with adults and professionals who feel overwhelmed by external demands while struggling to remain connected to themselves, their values, and their relationships. Often, the challenges presented in work and relationships are deeply intertwined with broader existential themes and transitions across life stages. My approach is integrative and reflective, grounded in psychological understanding and a holistic view of the person. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, explore their inner experience, and develop greater awareness of patterns, needs, and resources. Rather than offering quick solutions, I support clients in building sustainable ways of relating to work, relationships, and life choices, fostering clarity, emotional stability, and a more authentic sense of self over time.

About Me

I am a counselor and coach with a background in psychology, and my work is deeply shaped by curiosity about the human experience, change, and meaning. Over the years, I have worked with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds who are navigating stress, relational challenges, and important transitions in their lives. I am particularly interested in how work, relationships, and identity intersect, and how moments of difficulty often signal the need for greater alignment rather than simply “fixing” a problem. Alongside my work in counseling and coaching, I have a creative background that has influenced my way of listening and being present with others. I value depth, reflection, and authenticity, and I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely seen and understood. I strive to offer a calm, respectful, and thoughtful space where individuals can explore their inner experience at their own pace, reconnect with their values, and make sense of where they are and where they wish to go.

Approach

My approach is integrative, reflective, and person-centred, shaped by psychological understanding and a holistic view of the individual. I see each person as unique, and I believe that difficulties often arise when external demands, internal needs, and personal values fall out of alignment. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or quick fixes, I work collaboratively to explore the underlying patterns, meanings, and contexts that contribute to distress. In our work together, I support clients in developing greater awareness of their emotional experience, relational dynamics, and life transitions. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where reflection, curiosity, and self-understanding can naturally unfold. My role is to accompany clients as they make sense of their experience, strengthen emotional regulation, and identify more sustainable ways of relating to work, relationships, and life choices, fostering clarity, resilience, and a more authentic sense of self over time.

Services

I offer counseling and coaching support to individuals facing emotional, relational, and life challenges, particularly during periods of transition or increased pressure. My work supports people who are experiencing work-related stress, burnout, or difficulty maintaining balance between professional and personal life. I also work with relational challenges, including communication difficulties, recurring patterns in relationships, and the impact of work stress on personal connections. A significant part of my practice focuses on life transitions and identity-related concerns, such as career changes, shifts in personal roles, questions around purpose, meaning, and direction, or moments when previous ways of living no longer feel aligned. Through a reflective and supportive process, I help clients explore their experiences, gain clarity, and develop more sustainable ways of relating to themselves, their work, and their relationships.
