About Me

I partner with parents, guiding them to navigate their role with greater enjoyment and connection. For children and adolescents, I provide a safe space where emotions can be understood and expressed. Using play and art therapy, we explore feelings in a natural, creative way. This approach helps young people build confidence and parents feel more equipped, fostering stronger family bonds. My focus is on practical support for families.

Approach

Alongside parents I focus on practical steps that make caregiving more rewarding, shifting stress into small, manageable changes at home. Sessions in Athens or online, in English or Greek, are relaxed and child-led, using creative play, drawing and real-life role work at the child’s pace. Between meetings I offer brief coaching and simple strategies to try, informed by observations and easy-to-follow notes. This approach suits families and teens seeking steady, practical progress and clearer ways to name and manage emotions.
