About Me

Dr Christian Matthew Adetunji is a marriage and family therapist and psychotherapist who specialises in premarital counselling, marriage therapy, and relationship support for individuals and couples. He helps clients address communication breakdown, recurring conflict, emotional distance, and trust issues within relationships. His work focuses on equipping couples with practical skills for building stable and fulfilling marriages while also supporting individuals dealing with relational and emotional challenges. With professional training and cross-cultural experience in family therapy, Dr Adetunji provides structured, confidential, and practical guidance to help clients strengthen their relationships and overall emotional well-being. Sessions are conducted online for clients across Nigeria and internationally. Aside from being a certified professional mediator and researcher, he developed GAP Marriage Counselling Theory (GAP-MCT), an African-centered relational framework that addresses expectation gaps, communication breakdowns, and emotional disconnection in relationships.
