Psychotherapist

Chloe, founder of Moving Feelings provides integrative arts therapy to individuals and groups.

About Me

Chloe, founder of Moving Feelings, offers integrative arts therapy for those seeking a different path to understanding themselves. She helps individuals and groups explore complex emotions through creative expression. This approach suits clients who find words difficult, or simply wish to explore their inner world differently. Sessions provide a supportive space to process experiences, fostering clarity and personal growth.

Approach

At Moving Feelings I guide people through a gentle, creative process that brings emotions into manageable forms so they can be looked at and understood. In Leicester and online, sessions move between playful art-based experiments, action methods and reflective conversation at a pace chosen by you, with opportunities to try ideas between meetings. I pay particular attention to relational patterns, traumatic overwhelm and developmental history, working with children, adults and parents collaboratively to make sense of difficult behaviours. This way of working often suits those who prefer doing and discovering alongside speaking.
