Ms Chinar Mehta

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer therapy treatment for stress, burnout, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, career challenges, depression, trauma and chronic illness.

About Me

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer a supportive space to collaboratively explore life’s complexities. We can work through feelings of stress, burnout, and anxiety. I also help clients navigate relationship issues, career challenges, and low self-esteem. Together, we can understand the impact of depression, trauma, or chronic illness. My aim is for you to feel heard and find practical ways forward.

Approach

When we meet in Burlington, I focus on creating a steady, down-to-earth rhythm that mixes gentle curiosity with clear, practical steps. Sessions in English are paced to your needs, with short mindfulness shifts, ACT-informed choices, and CBT-style skill practice woven into our conversations, plus simple exercises between visits. I also support advocacy when you’re facing systems or medical care so therapy links to your daily life. This way of working often helps adolescents and adults who want steady, solution-oriented support alongside deeper reflection.
