As a Hong Kong-based psychotherapist, I welcome adults and couples seeking support. With a Master's degree, I provide a calm space. Approach

In sessions we talk through what’s happening now—worry, mood shifts, relationship moments—and pay attention to the patterns that keep repeating in day-to-day life. I work alongside you through steady conversations and reflective questions so small shifts in thinking, coping and behaviour emerge between sessions and inform new choices at home or work.
