Ms Cherrie Chung

Counselor

A Hong Kong based psychotherapist working with adults and couples in person as well as online.

About Me

As a Hong Kong-based psychotherapist, I welcome adults and couples seeking support. With a Master's degree, I provide a calm space. Here, we can explore individual concerns or strengthen relationship dynamics. We can meet in person or online, offering flexibility for your schedule. Clients often appreciate finding clarity on difficult feelings and developing practical ways to move forward. My aim is to help you build resilience and foster deeper connection in your life.

Approach

In sessions we talk through what’s happening now—worry, mood shifts, relationship moments—and pay attention to the patterns that keep repeating in day-to-day life. I work alongside you through steady conversations and reflective questions so small shifts in thinking, coping and behaviour emerge between sessions and inform new choices at home or work. We often use short check-ins, practical experiments or notes between meetings to track what changes and what still feels stuck. This way of working suits people who want clear, gradual change grounded in their everyday routines.
