Clients often tell me our work quickly blends practical skills with honest conversation, helping them name patterns and make small, steady changes. Sessions in Gampaha are held in English or Sinhala, and I also offer online appointments to fit busy lives. We move at a collaborative pace—using assessment-informed steps, focused problem-solving, and real-world experiments between meetings to reduce stress, manage cravings, repair relationships and strengthen parenting.
