Dr Charlie Hallings-Pott

Chartered Psychologist

20 yrs experience of Mind Body & Spirit approaches to trauma and personal development.

About Me

Warm, human and relatable. Not a robot- many years of work and lived experience tied in with genuine interest in the business and philosophy of living well.

Approach

After twenty years working with embodied, reflective and contemplative ways of working, my focus is on how small shifts in felt experience change daily patterns. In Banbury, in English, sessions move at a measured pace: gentle noticing, brief somatic practices, and conversational inquiry that threads sensations with meaning. Between meetings we set tiny, practical experiments to try at home and review what actually lands, adjusting rhythm to your tolerance. This approach suits people who want grounded, steady change rather than quick fixes.
