About Me

I am a psychodynamic therapist who values curiosity, authenticity, and compassion in the therapeutic process. I believe that people make sense of their lives within the context of their relationships and experiences, and I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood.

Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, reflective, and intentionally slow-paced. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, I am interested in helping you explore the deeper emotional experiences and patterns that shape your life. I believe that lasting change emerges through self-understanding and the development of a trusting therapeutic relationship. As Nancy McWilliams describes it, therapy offers "an honest, emotionally intimate relationship" that can become a foundation for meaningful growth and change.
