Mrs Chandana Chandragiri

Psychologist

Trained under the psycho social lens, with a special interest in working with the nuerodivergent population. I work exclusively with women.

About Me

Navigating life as a neurodivergent woman can bring unique challenges. Drawing on my psychosocial training, I offer a dedicated space for you to explore your experiences. We can work together to understand how your relationships and environment shape your well-being. My aim is to help you connect with your strengths, finding clarity and practical ways forward. This approach provides tailored support for your specific journey.

Approach

Focused on the psychosocial perspective, I guide sessions that honour sensory, relational and practical realities for women whose minds work differently. I offer flexible appointments in Calicut and online, and we use English, Hindi/Urdu, Kannada, Malayalam or Telugu depending on what feels most accessible. Sessions blend short, structured tasks with reflective conversation, prioritising collaborative planning and simple strategies to try between meetings to support attention, mood and life transitions. This approach tends to help women facing postnatal adjustment, anxiety or ADHD-related challenges.
