We meet in Nuwara Eliya or online, using English, Sinhalese or Tamil, and keep the room straightforward and predictable so you know what to expect each week. Together we set the agenda, try small, doable strategies during and between meetings, and regularly review what’s helping so adjustments are simple. This approach tends to suit people seeking clear, collaborative support for everyday challenges.
