Chad Edery

Clinical Psychologist

I provide play therapy for children (3+), psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, family and group therapy within a supportive and structured framework. My work is guided by collaboration, ethical practice, and responsiveness to each client’s developmental stage, goals, and context. I aim to support clients in building insight, emotional resilience, and more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and others. (Based in Parkwood/Rosebank and Linksfield)

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with children (3+), adolescents, adults, and families. I support clients experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive therapeutic space where clients can make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with their capacity for resilience, growth, and more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others.

Approach

I use an integrative therapeutic approach informed by psychodynamic therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you, focusing on insight, emotional regulation, and coping skills. With children, I incorporate play therapy and creative play-based techniques to support emotional expression and understanding.
