An experienced psychologist who aims to provide a safe space for clients to explore their selves, processes, and emotions to achieve their own insights moving toward growth, healing, and reaching their full potential.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist practicing online from the Philippines. I have years of experience in treating trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, and work-related stress and burnout. I have also handled cases involving obsessive-compulsive behaviors and disordered eating.

Approach

My core philosophy as a therapist is humanistic, person-centered. My approach to therapy is collaborative and generally non-directive, allowing you to explore your own self and process in a non-judgmental environment. From time-to-time, I may use different modalities and interventions that are appropriate to the issues and concerns to be dealt with. Some of these include cognitive-behavioral techniques. I have also received initial training in play therapy and trauma-informed practices.
