Mr Cesar Azevedo

Registered Psychotherapist

I’m a qualified therapist experienced in supporting individuals who identify as LGBT+ in addressing issues connected with self-esteem, self-worth and acceptance. I can help you address issues that are causing you emotional pain, giving you cause for concern, or making you feel uncomfortable.

About Me

I guide LGBT+ individuals in exploring feelings of self-esteem, self-worth, and acceptance. My practice offers a safe space to address emotional pain, concerns, or discomfort without judgement. Together, we can navigate these issues. My aim is to foster a deeper sense of inner peace, helping you find greater self-understanding and comfort.

Approach

I keep sessions practical, gently curious and paced to how you feel in the moment, helping you make sense of past hurts and current pressures while we work towards clearer self-regard. In my London practice and online I aim for steady, focussed meetings where we name patterns, try out small new ways of relating and reflect on what shifts between sessions. The approach is collaborative and tailored to LGBTQ+ experiences, relationships and mood challenges, which many people find quietly empowering and stabilising.
