Miss Cayley Lewin

Occupational Therapist

I am very passionate about helping clients understand both themselves and the people around them better. This is from a personal and relationship base. How you handle emotions, stress and challenges and what changes can be made to help you cope better. I am eager to walk this journey with you.

About Me

I am passionate about helping you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply. Together, we can explore how you handle emotions, stress, and life's challenges. We will discover practical changes to help you cope more effectively. If you seek clarity in your personal and relational world, I am eager to walk this journey with you. Our work focuses on developing real-world coping strategies for daily life.

Approach

I move from insight to action with a calm, stepwise pace that honours your rhythm and readiness. In George I offer sessions in English or Afrikaans that blend focused conversation with hands-on strategies you can try between appointments. I map recurring patterns together and co-create small, real-world experiments to shift responses to anxiety, relationship strain, body image worries and work-related burnout. This way of working suits people who want practical tools and clearer connection with themselves and others.
