“At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy is not about “fixing” someone. It is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, exploring what has shaped you, working through what may be hurting, and creating meaningful and lasting change.”

About me

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-informed, grounded in empathy, curiosity, respect, and authenticity. I value the therapeutic relationship and believe that trust and connection are an important part of the healing process. Therapy is a collaborative journey a space where you can be honest, reflect without judgement, and gradually develop greater insight, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you are navigating emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, heal, and grow. My hope is to walk alongside you as you navigate your own journey, supporting you in becoming more connected to yourself and creating a life that feels meaningful to you.

Approach

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, drawing from therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I believe that therapy should be personalised to the individual, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. My work is guided by each person’s unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals.
