About Me

I offer a supportive space to explore your challenges. My approach blends effective CBT strategies with a flexible, tailored understanding. This means our work together will genuinely fit your unique needs. We can develop practical tools you can use straight away. Whether you're an individual or part of a group, I help you find a clear path to resilience.

Approach

Experienced CBT and transtheoretical methods shape how we move through issues: I keep sessions focused, collaborative and geared toward small, testable shifts you can try between meetings. I work online in English, keeping a steady pace that suits adolescents, adults, couples and groups alike. Sessions blend thinking-and-behaviour exercises with brief reflective moments, often using simple homework to track progress. This practical, adaptable rhythm tends to suit those wanting clear steps toward calmer, more manageable days. My main focus of treatment is mild to complex depressive and anxiety disorders. These include Panic, Phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Grief, Health anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Eating disorders and Adjustment / Mood disorders. I also have an interest in sleep, weight problems, addictions, stress management and anger issues.
