Psychologist

“If you have poured yourself into building an accomplished life yet carry a quiet, heavy exhaustion beneath it all, you do not have to navigate that weight alone. I work with those who feel a deep desire to reclaim their identity and rekindle passion for their own journey, offering a warm space to restore your right to live with clarity, agency, and authentic joy.”

About Me

I am a systemic psychologist who seeks to understand people through their cultural, social, and historical contexts—working so that creative and expressive capacities become a genuine source of freedom. Growing up in Colombia within a large, diverse family sparked a lifelong fascination with what makes every life journey singularly rich. Living in Australia and the US at different times further expanded my awareness of how social and cultural environments influence our sense of future and identity. I am deeply moved by discovering each person’s unique story—their potential, their perspective, and the singular voice only they have to speak about life. This practice was born out of a profound respect for real, complex lives, holding a space where each person is appreciated. My practice often welcomes individuals, mostly women, who have poured their lives into building admirable careers, families, and achievements. Yet, in silence, they carry profound exhaustion, anxiety, and a sense of being unseen in the very environments they sustain. It becomes difficult to recognize one’s own worth, define true needs, or genuinely enjoy what has been built, as the constant pressure to perform suffocates vital human needs. They seek a space to pause, relieve emotional fatigue, regain clarity, and reclaim sovereignty and passion over their journey, and their connection with the world.

Approach

There is a common assumption that working on mental health means eliminating symptoms as if they were signs of being broken. My approach goes beyond "fixing" you. Together, we understand anxiety, depression, relational conflict, or complex choices as intelligent safeguards, responses attempting to preserve balance as you navigate heavy external demands. Drawing on experience across individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as social and cultural disciplines, our work moves beyond conventional molds to center on what is truly meaningful to you. We build this process in interconnected phases: first, exploring your experience to discern friction and possibility; then, discovering ways to reorganize and resolve; and finally, cultivating the conditions for lasting change to unfold. In session, we weave together conversational, imaginative, somatic, strategic, and creative tools, building "collaborative laboratories" for safe exploration in session and practice in your daily life. This process unfolds with care and deep respect for your pace. If you are searching for a quiet sanctuary to pause, restore your vital energy, and align with what genuinely inspires your life story, you are warmly invited to reach out.

In-person

Services

I offer therapeutic and collaborative services designed across different relational scales: - Individual Therapy (Online & In-person | 50–60 mins) - Couples & Family Therapy (Online & In-person | 80–90 mins) - Collaborative Consultation with organizations, communities, and collectives seeking systemic reflection, well-being strategies, and relational alignment. Across all services, whether working with an individual, a couple, or a collective, our process is grounded in a person-centered, systemic, and culturally sensitive approach. We move through four thoughtful phases that balance structure with deep respect for your unique pace and context. We move through a balanced, four-phase process designed to honor your pace: 1. Exploration & Strategic Mapping We begin by understanding your current landscape. Together, we map out the friction and the problematic areas, honoring your lived experience without pathologizing it. This allows us to co-create a clear, strategic vision for meaningful change. 2. Reorganization & Creative Practice Using our narrative and expressive tools, we explore new patterns and discover ways to reorganize the specific situations that brought you to therapy. This is a safe space to experiment with setting boundaries and shifting dynamics. 3. Autonomy, Meaning & Sovereignty As transformation unfolds, we focus on consolidating your new skills and perspectives. This phase is dedicated to reclaiming your identity, affirming your agency, and restoring a deep sense of vitality and passion for your own life story. 4. Integration & Forward Projection In our closing phase, we weave together your lived experiences and insights. We focus on projecting these renewed perspectives and tools into your everyday life, ensuring you can move forward with clarity, freedom, and an authentic joy for living
